We provide a permanent Free tier (Level 1, Lesson 1, and Bead Race) with no credit card required so families can verify device compatibility and child enjoyment before making any purchase.
2. Digital Services & Refund Eligibility
Because digital access to curriculum levels and games is delivered instantly upon payment verification:
- Accidental Duplicate Charges: If a technical issue causes duplicate billing for the same account, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
- Technical Failure to Unlock: If a payment succeeds on Razorpay but technical difficulties prevent access from unlocking and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
